This file is a utility program for DOS machines.  It converts a file between Psion's proprietary .PIC format used on the S3a and the industry-standard .PIC graphic file format and vice versa.  It properly handles the gray plane found on the S3a.  Includes options to clip the size of the output and link multiple .PICs into one compound file".

  19. This is a PC based application that allows you to convert the screenshots taken with the Series 3a (By pressing Psion/shift/control/S) into a PCX file...You need to install the program on your PC, copy whatever PIC file you wish to convert onto the PC.  The syntax is:
  20. C:>WSPCX Name.PIC -W           (to convert from PIC>PCX)
  21. C:>WSPCX Name.PCX -P          (to convert from PCX>PIC)
